1. The picture was taken by the 15pro and shows the colors under natural light. There might be slight color variations due to the lighting conditions.
2. For environmental protection, we do not use excessive packaging. The boxes are relatively large. Please choose carefully.
3. You will need 500ml of oil. Either the silicone oil or essential oil from the supermarket will do. Choose the one that is less viscous (as the product does not contain oil due to safety concerns during transportation)
4. The arm of the sculpture is rather thin and it might break during transportation. If you contact us, we will immediately send a replacement.
5.Due to transportation issues, the wires of the internal motor might become loose. The repair is quite easy. If there is any problem with it not functioning properly, please let us know.
